Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all parts and components and the packaging is intact.
Normal use of the product is evident; damage due to improper use is excluded.
Products where hygiene plays a role must be carefully cleaned before being returned.
The product was defective upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognised within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to arrange the return shipment:

Please ensure that the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return shipment
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First name + surname of the customer
- Address of the customer

We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never return the product to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you have contacted us. The shipping costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to his commercial or independent professional activity:

 


A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of cancellation:
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. We are therefore unable to stop the shipping process before delivery has taken place. Cancellation is therefore no longer possible after the goods have been dispatched.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). The return shipment is deemed to have been completed once we have received the goods. The return costs are borne by the purchaser.

 

Cancelling an order:
IMPORTANT: An order must be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing it, as the order process is completed after this time and shipping is initiated.

Delays and delivery times:
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer delivery times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and return them if necessary. You can, of course, also notify us of your cancellation in advance.

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

 


Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at no extra cost.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged for this refund.

Product photos:
We reserve the right to request photos of the product worn by the customer to verify that it is indeed too small. This helps us to ensure that the problem is actually related to the size and to avoid misunderstandings.

Please note customers are fully responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout. If customers choose the wrong item or wrong size, Customer can return the item to us to get the refund (product price only) or exchange. In this case, customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse). All returns are sent to our warehouse in Asia. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
